A tiny bit small, but amazing.
Just a tad bit small; it does not diminish the quality, though. I love these shoes. I'm probably US 11.5, but the US 11 is good enough to strech out and fit. Very comfortable, beautiful shoes. The laces are interesting, too. They have these plastic/rubber grips on them that keeps the knot held in place. These shoes fit lovely for being a little small, but order your regular size on these. If you're 10, go 10. 11, go 11. Wonderful shoes.

I like these shoes quite a lot, however, the sizing...
These run quite large. I have never worn anything above a size 10.5, sometimes a 10, but these were way too big. I am going to try a pair of 10s. That beings said, I like the shoes! really nice, I will order another pair. They should work on their sizing though.

shoe rubs against foot in odd ways and causes blisters
not recommended. shoe is perfect weight and feel for being on the balls of your feet, but the blisters they cause make them unwearable abd a waste of money

Minimalist Running Is Simply Not for Everyone
I've been trying this minimalist running fad for a bit now. The rationale behind it seems sound. I bought a pair of Vibrams when they first came out years ago but found that they don't dry out fast enough, leaving my feet water logged, itchy, and smelly. I was using them for hiking and river sports. These sneaks are good... they're light, they're comfortable... but they just don't provide enough cushioning to my heels, specifically my left heel. I'm trying to land more of the front of my feet, but any more and I'd be running completely on my tiptoes and prancing around like Lord Prancibald himself. So my left heel is sore now from treadmill running, a problem I've never experienced before and started immediately after donning these running shoes. And I was a hurdler in high school. So I've ran in barely there track flats before and struck some old school gravel tracks with some pretty hard foot falls. But 30 mins on a treadmill doing interval training from 4 mph to 8 mph leaves my left heel sorer than the homecoming queen on prom night. These are nice, and I'm going to keep them, but I don't know how much running I'm going to do in them anymore.

Best shoes ever
I love to workout and do it 4-5 times a week. I primarily weightlift but I utilize "active rest" in between sets. Jumping jacks, jump rope, etc. And these shoes are perfect for it. Light weight, comfortable, good connection to the ground, fits perfectly. I wear size 13 and wear normal width shoes. Overall they're my favorite shoes. I don't run much, but i can easily go 2 miles or so in them with no foot pain which is rare for me.

Great light workout shoe
I use these for my indoor/outdoor gym workouts and they're great. Really good for light cardio and indoor weightlifting so far for the last 2 months i've used them. They did cut into my heel at first and i had to get a callous built up but after that they've fit great and felt great. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new workout shoe, but not necessarily if you were looking for a distance running shoe.

Great product
Great shoe for indoor workouts. I use it for Step Aerobics and it works great.Because the shoe feels so good I tend to keep wearing the shoe all day long... which is making me considering buying another pair. [Note that I work in an office so I don't walk around too much - I have no idea how this shoe would perform in a daily active way of life, but I am guessing it will just wear down faster]I am expecting the shoe to have a small life time if I would wear it daily but then again, I do not expect my shoes to last longer than one or two years at most.

More of a Cross training shoe than a running shoe.
I don't know why they bill this as an "Urban" running shoe, your foot is going to strike the pavement the same in the city as it would anywhere else. Only giving this 4 stars because I don't feel its a great running shoe but it is a very good training shoe.
