IB Psychology: Study Guide: Oxford IB Diploma Program (International Baccalaureate)

The standard study book for this course. It is very helpful and easy to follow. If you have no background you would be able to use this but it would not be as helpful as it does not go in to any great detail and provides very little background knowledge. To be used as a study guide however, it is very useful.

A MUST-HAVE for IBPsych teachers and their students: I have taught IB Pscyh since 2011, and I must say that my life became considerably easier when this Study Guide was published! It has all the studies you need to cover the syllabus, and every study is thoroughly explained, and includes evaluative points as well as discussions. Each unit is corresponds to a Learning Outcome, which provides transparency and overview for the students as well as for the teacher. Make sure the students know, however, that they must also read the Course Companion that goes with the Study Guide in order to benefit fully from the material.

It is a good revision tool, though there are not that much information. It is very useful if you need some help with what studies to choose for each topic. It also gives short evaluation.

Taking into consideration that the studies used in each section were not always the same as those in the actual textbook, the "Psychology Study Guide: Oxford IB Diploma Programme" is a great tool for a quick review of the two year material.

Great course companion

Great book for high school students writing extended essay or any other large project right before or in the beginning of college.
