Great gift item

Excellent taste, Quality and freshness. Arrived quickly and in neat packaging

It was good. It wasn't as soft as I expected it to be. Maybe because there was no freshness seal. I opened the beautiful box to find three very fancy tubes. The presentation was impressive. Then I lifted the cap off the tube without breaking any type of seal or any type of beerier preventing air from entering the tube. Or even tape holding it in place. And after lifting the lid off very easily it was opened directly to the licorice. I would of like to of seen a plastic seal or something to prevent the outside air from the factory to my mouth from getting at the inside of the tube. The tube lid is not an airtight fit. Just something to consider.

Australian Black = a bit on the sticky side, with mild but decent flavorBlack Spirali = this is black licorice wheels, not string. It can be pulled apart, but wheels are a bit harder and thinner than the softer string shown in the photo. The flavor is very mild, more so than even the Australian Black, but good.Licorice Root Pillows = These are the GOAT of the package. Most of the pillows have 3 flat, ripply, flavorful, soft, licorice squares that I like to pull apart and savor. While they don't actually melt in my mouth, they have a melt in the mouth, rich, but not potent, flavor. I wish Amazon offered this type by itself or a 3 pack of just this.

My husband knowing i love licorice bought this as a surprise Christmas gift.I am very sorry to report it was awful.it has no flavor and was very hard and chewing, i had to spit it out in fear of pulling a filling.i wish it was returnable or had a guarantee or could request a different item.Sadly, he bought all 3 tubes of the same flavor, what a waste of money!We lived overseas for fifteen years and i had a lot of different licorice but really this was the worst I've tried, very disappointing!

Fresh and really good black licorice!

The box they came in started to fall apart quickly, but the cylinders the licorice was in was pretty solid. I just wish the licorice pieces were no more than half size and there were more containers with more varieties. I'd like to try them all. Also maybe black licorice without anise? A friend of mine hates that flavor. Overall could use more variety per pack.

While this licorice tasted good, the pieces were fairly hard, definitely not soft and chewy like a lot of licorice from Australia is. Probably would not buy again.
