I was looking for an "old school" after shave. I just happened to stumble on this as I was scrolling a wet-shave products web site. I don't like the name "Fine", but I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice scent, nice sting. I will buy it again.

After reading a few other reviews, I ordered the Italian Citrus. As soon as you open the bottle the room is flooded with the scent of citrus and romance. I really don't know how to describe the scent other than to say it is absolutely amazing and very high-class--it makes you feel like you are sailing the Mediterranean on your yacht on a beautiful sunny day. The first time I wore it, my wife stopped dead in her tracks on the way out the door, turned, and said, "Wow, you smell so good." She lingered by me a few more moments before begrudgingly leaving for work. You will be sure to turn heads if you pick this scent, especially in the summertime. Beyond the female-attracting properties, the aftershave does an awesome job at cooling and toning your skin. The menthol stays cool on your face for nearly 30-45 minutes, and the scent lasts the whole day through. If you are unsure of what fragrance to try, you can go to Mr. Fine's website and get a sampler pack. *EDIT* Having done the sampler, here is a rundown on the other scents: American Blend--This scent is awesome. It is kind of a cross between Old Spice and Gillette Foamy Shaving Cream. A little spicy but very clean smelling. Several women have complimented this one. Fresh Vetiver--Wow, this is a great scent. Smokey, clean, and refreshing. Again, this one gets the seal of approval from the ladies. Clean Vetiver--I don't like this one nearly as much as the Fresh Vetiver. There is an added soapy scent that makes this one smell a little muddled. L'Orange Noir--Smells great in the bottle, but crappy on your skin. The scent is VERY heavy. If you like really heavy-handed scents, this one is for you. My wife took one whiff of this one on my and just said, "No." Savon Lavande--A clean lavender scent, but I don't like it. This is probably the least manly smelling of the lot

It smells very good, very refreshing! It’s different from any aftershave or cologne I’ve used before. It’s very light not overpowering at all. The only negative is that it doesn’t stay with you very long, especially in hot weather and high humidity.

I'm a big bay rum guy and am always in search of the best. Found this and even though it is a bit pricey I thought I'd give it a shot. I got home from work and it was waiting, and I wanting to check out the scent just went ahead and splash some on without shaving. Holy hell this stuff burns! Even without shaving! What's it going to do after a shave? The burn builds too! After a while the burn wanes and you're left with a very nice bay rum! Not too clovey, not too spicy, just a very nice fragrance that lasts! Not overpowering either. I was right, the burn is worse after a shave. I've been wet shaving for years and poroso green is my go to for quality aftershave. I don't have "sensitive" skin. For now I'll suffer for that scent, not sure I'll buy another bottle though. Maybe.. smells damn good.

The American Blend is a unique scent that feels familiar even though it is an overall scent profile I have never smelled before. If Clubhouse smells like the 30s and 40’s, something about American Blend screams 50’s to me. These aftershaves are terrific for those who love the old-school stuff. Fine has breathed enough new life into the old classics to keep them interesting without just being re-hashes as well. Their soap is among the best I have used as well, I would put the formula/performance among top artisan houses such as B&M or Noble Otter. I imagine I will eventually try all of these scents. Love the post shave feel and scents of all the ones I have tried. Would rate higher than 5 if I could.

Together with the "american blend" by the same producer, this AS is among the best of my collection. Refreshing!

Hace lo que cualquier loción alcohólica, sin tanto glamour y más barata, es un golpe de alcohol, con un levísimo olor a cítrico, los que dicen que recuerda a Aqua di Parma, debieron de beberlo en lugar de usarlo como aftershave, el hidrolato de hamamelis, es mucho mejor, la única ventaja es que los mezclo y así el hidrolato puro no me huele a infusión de plantas, además el alcohol, aunque se note su trabajo, ya no es tan agresivo con la piel.

Habe das Rasierwasser so gegen 17 Uhr bekommen und gleich ausprobiert. Der Duft ist einfach nur toll und sehr lange präsent. Mein Kopfkissen duftet herrlich nach Fine. Habe schon viele Rasierwasser ausprobiert die auch gut riechen aber leider nur kurz. Fine ist ja relativ teuer, aber es lohnt sich. Ich vergebe 5 Sterne 👍

Come tutti gli aftershave Fine lascia la pelle idratata, liscia e fresca grazie al mentolo. A differenza di altri AS Fine la fragranza è più lieve e meno persistente. La profumazione ricorda quella del Floid Blue con qualche differenza. Lo consiglierei per l'estate o primavera. Un ottimo prodotto come tutti quelli a marchio Fine.

The AS does as described, cool off the skin after a shave, there isn’t any smell, I normally add a bit in with my daily lotion.
