I never thought it would be this nice, the packaging is good with dust bag and i know it was handled with care. The bag texture is nice too, it is soft leather and stiches are neatly done. Very good product lines.

Size is totally different from what is advertised
Bought Colour 1 Black. It is a small hand bag but the video advert shows a medium - big sized bag. Actual dimensions are 23cm(L) x 12cm(W) x 18cm(H) and not what is advertised at all. Very misleading information is provided.

Great quality!
Just as pictured, very nice quality. Small but spacious inside, the two separate pouches help with organisation! Very happy with the bag!!!

Love this bag. I've never had a purse like this; I've always had messenger bags. But I need a nice black purse for work, and THIS is definitely the one. It's beautiful and sturdy, well made. Great material, great design, great quality. Professional and pretty. I actually received the wrong item at first, which I was pretty bummed about. I contacted the seller to see if it WAS, in fact, the wrong item, or if it actually was the right one with crappy quality and I just shouldn't bother getting a replacement. They responded quickly and kindly and said it was definitely not their bag and that I needed to contact Amazon. Soo I got a replacement sent out from Amazon, and the difference is NIGHT and DAY. After seeing the quality of the other bag, I can say for sure that I made the right choice going with this brand over the others. It's lovely.

Colour matched my boots exactly.
The product is amazing, just what I ordered. Lots of pockets for all my needs. I now have a problem. The purse is only a month old, and the stitching is gone. Please advise asap.
