It doesn't come with extra oil so you have to get the separately

Works great but is heavy
This works great...way better than our manual hand-held cutter, but it is rather on the heavy side. We've placed it on top of a cart for easier transport. We use to cut 25m steel wire coils in a manufacturing company. I would buy again if needed a second one.

Cuts Chain and Rebar Like a Champ!
Got this to cut lots of 3/8" 30 grade chain in a manufacturing environment, and it cuts that and rebar like butter. Found inexpensive replacement blades on the most popular auction site. We'll see how long the blades last before they need to be replaced, but so far after about 50 cuts, the blades are holding up well. Huge time and effort saver!

So far so good but ....
Case came damaged because this is a very heavy item and they didn't put any type of padding in the flimsy cardboard box they shipped it in. But the case is really just a box with no contours to hold this beast in place so it's useless anyway. It also doesn't come with the hydraulic oil you'll need to operate it so you might as well buy some at the same time as you order this. Other wise it works great so far but it is very heavy so the term "portable" rebar cutter is up for debate.

They don’t stand behind the products
The worked very well for about 345 3/4” rods the the blades broke thought being able to cut 1” I would have no problem for awhile contacted seller they just buy another set of blades thought they might stand behind their product at least the first time but no
