This was the missing seasoning to my combination fried rice and Pad Thai recipes. Unique flavor!Be cautious on the amount you use because it's very spicy! In a normal size serving I use 1/8 tsp for level 2 heat.

This Bird’s Eye Thai chili pepper product is labeled as “HOT.” That is why I ordered it to try. However, this product has absolutely NO HEAT whatsoever! I am very disappointed in my purchase.
