Cheap Loofas never hold up for me - for $30 I'd expect this product to hold up. Can anyone comment on how long this has lasted them?

Purchased April 29, 2013, and it is now March 20th, 2020. It lasted me this long before showing signs of mildew growth and wear. Definitely a worthy purchase for all these years. Going to buy another one.

Do you use this for your whole body or just your back?

It's designed for your back but you could use it like a loofah all over your body. The white side is extremely soft.

What are dimensions, how long?

From tip to tip, it is 30" long; main body is 24" long; width is 5 1/2 ". One side has coarse scrubber and the other has softer, finer scrubber. It is absolutely the best, most effective I have ever used. Does not mildew, drips dry with circle ring over one end to hang on shower caddy.
