These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased on-line. They fit like they were custom made for me, are extremely comfortable, and really look god. If I need another pair of shoes in a different color, these will be the first ones I look at. For the price, these are the find of a lifetime.

UPDATE: The customer service is awesome. They reached out to me to discuss the issue with the shoes. After speaking to them, they sent me an 8.5 in the black suede. The shoe fits, looks great, is comfortable, and is a great shoe for work. I like that it seems to be slip resistant and I can wear them for hours without my feet getting tired. I appreciate the extra effort made to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I ended up going a half size larger. ********** I liked the style of the shoe. I normally wear a 7.5 US but I ordered the size 8. I expected it to be just a bit roomier than I was used to wearing. I ordered the shoes that looked like black leather and the ones that looked like black suede. The black leather fit my left foot with absolutely no give. It was tighter than being a secure fit. The right foot was way too tight. A bit of a struggle to get on. The tightness occurred across the instep on both pairs as I tried to walk. There was something about each shoe that was uncomfortable on the ball of my foot. The other issue was the shoe rubbed against my little toe. I really liked the look, and wanted them to work for me, but they were not comfortable. I thought about trying a wide, but wide has always been too big and they didn't have a wide in the black suede. I already initiated my return for both pairs.

I’ve now gone through four pairs of heels or flats for work. I work at the airport where these type of shoes are required. None of those four pairs of heels or flats worked for me and always gave me pain in my feet. I am a very wide footed person and years ago, I had broken my right big toe, so when it healed, my right toe’s bone sticks out a bit on the side. Shoes that are too narrow in front are painful if worn more than 5 hours. At the airport I am on my feel all day. These heels provide so much comfort. They are stylish. Provide a good amount of height for me. I am 5’4” and my heel size is 11W. I purchased size 11 and they are true to size. What makes the heel very comfy are the stretchy bands on each side, so even though the material is leather, the stretchy band allows breathing space and flexibility. I wear nylons at work, which caused my feet to slip a lot so I purchased the non slip inserts that are cushioned which fixed the problem immediately. Wearing the shoes without my nylon feels even better tho. The quality is outstanding. It seems like these heels will last a whole year and I love that the inserts that come with the heel are already cushioned. If it wasn’t for my nylons, I would have worn the heels without the inserts that I purchased separately. I’ve worn them now for a month and there’s no damage, very minimal crease in the front from usage and the ease of walking in an airport has been a breeze. These heels have saved me so much and I will buy another pair another so that I have backup heels when I need to switch out.

Super cute and very comfortable. These are exactly what I was looking for. Sadly I scuffed them somehow so I will be making another purchase. Also, I think it’s worth mentioning that I had to run in these shoes for about two blocks and walk fast for another two blocks and they were still very comfortable.

These just arrived and may need to be broken in yet, but my initial thoughts about these is that they are really snug, feels about .5 size too small for what i usually wear. I will keep them with the hope that once I wear them for a bit they’ll loosen up that little extra bit. But they are not fit to wear for long periods such as for work directly out of the box. If after a break in period they fail become more comfortable I’ll update this with the information. Other than this tightness issue they are fairly comfortable. For those who can go up to the next size or half size, I recommend this. Unfortunately for myself I am already at the largest size so I hope that breaking them in will help Materials are good quality and they are crafted with the same attention to quality as the choice of materials. it’s a classic style that won’t go out of fashion anytime soon. Which is what makes this issue all the more frustrating. After a few months of wearing them I’ve begun noticing that they squeak as I walk and not in the typical wet floor shoe squeak but more in a I put weight on one and it squeaks as it bears the weight of my body.

I bought these shoes for work and they are very comfortable. I also feel it’s very versatile with my business casual attire. Definitely recommend for people with bigger or wider feet.

This is my second purchase of the same shoe, which I now ordered in Brown. I originally ordered it in Navy and I love both of them! They are true to size, fits snuggly on my feet without being too tight, they don’t slip and I can wear them all day without being in pain. I normally wear a size 8 shoe, which is what I ordered, but there is probably a bit of space in the back. My foot does not slide around so I don’t think I would go down to a 7.5. I will probably order in more colors as well! They are a darker chocolate brown; my flash was on for the video so it makes it appear a lighter brown than what it really is. The photo shows the true color.

Absolute gorgeous. They are super comfy and look good. I'm 46 and I can walk in them without pain, that's a win!

This is my 4th pair of these shoes. I have worn them every day for work for the past 5 years and the only reason I replace them is because I drag my feet across the back of my desk and scuff the tops! They are so comfortable and durable. I switched to the wide fitting on my last two pairs which was a good move, they don't pinch at all now. They look smart for work with a pair of black trousers and give you a little bit of height if you are a short a**** like me. A versatile, durable addition to your wardrobe. They will always be my go to work shoes!
