What is the expiration date on this 5 lb bag of GF flour?

The one I purchased had a 2 year expiration date.

does anyone know the difference between this one and the one by gfJules? I like the gfJules one, but this one is less expensive.

When I was first diagnosed with Celiac in 2007, I heard of Jules and ordered it. I gradually tried other gf flour mixes, and this is just my opinion. Jules & Better Batter bake up about the same, but to me both are more gritty than others. I therefore use Cup4Cup almost exclusively. Less gritty, always bakes up reliably, and fairly easy to find locally. Having to order flour online got old real quick, and I still don’t understand why Better Batter is so terribly expensive.

what are the ingredients

The ingredients in Better Batter are, rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potatoe starch, xanthan gum, and pectin ( lemon derivative ).

Trying to find a GF flour that doesn't leave the food gritty. Any suggestions?

I find that Better Batter Gluten-Free flour is not gritty at all. I think it is one of the best gluten free flours on the market.
