Hisense RQ560N4WCF Freestanding American Fridge Freezer Cross Door, No Frost, 454 liters, Stainless Steel - F Rated, Noise level: 41 decibels

This is a very wide, American-style fridge/freezer. Looks good, and has a fillable water dispenser. It almost didn't fit the hallway. But we slowly maneuvered this 105 Kg behemoth past radiators and doors when the Amazon delivery crew refused to do what they were paid to do. They also broke one pane of glass and cracked a second on the front-door which is a 130-year-old, original Victorian door. The fridge is good and stylish, my first opinions are that it's not designed for 2L bottles of water or pop, but my fridge died so beggars can't be choosers. it is very wide, internally, and cooled very quickly when plugged in, so far fridge looks good. I will update in a month or so once I have had more experience, thanks for reading.

This fridge is aesthetically lovely, especially in my white kitchen. The fridge itself doesn’t produce any noise of note and feels sturdy in it’s design and quality. The inside shelves are of good quality glass and the plastic door shelves are also good quality, it feels more than regular tacky plastic. It’s spacious and a massive improvement on any fridge I’ve had previous, it also looks nice when opened. The seller and the delivery team were great also, letting me know how far away they were well in advance via a phone call.

Had fridge for couple of weeks now and so far so good. Both fridge and freezer compartments are very spacious. Keeps food fresh compared to old fridge. Quiet. Looks good. Good value for money.

This product is great, it didn’t fit through my door with the box on so the delivery people kindly helped get it open and through the door. It was a massive struggle as it is very wide, and it came partially damaged at the back on the cover resulting in me and my partner slicing our hands open :( but overall the fridge it’s self is incredibly spacious and super cool also is very quiet more quiet than my previous fridge freezer which was an 89l and this is 454l. The freezer fits a ton of food in there and a plus it has freezer lights like how great is that?! I will probably update this in a while to see how it is holding up but so far so good

This fridge freezer is brilliant...it's spacious, energy efficient and cools very quickly. It is huge but the wonderful delivery men were very helpful and (reluctantly) removed the packaging in the garden for me and the fridge fit nicely through the door. Remember, this item is exceptionally heavy. A 2 man lift was almost not enough so don't expect them to drop it and you move it around.

I bought this Hisense fridge freezer in August 2022. After about 3.5 years, both the fridge and freezer stopped cooling completely. I contacted Hisense and was asked to pay £170 in advance for a repair (labour and materials). An engineer came but stayed for around 9 minutes, only plugged in the appliance and took photos. No repair was done. After the visit, I was told that Hisense does not repair compressor or gas-related faults, and that only a partial refund would be issued, with £90 kept as a “checking fee”. This charge was not explained before payment, and I was not given a choice to decline the inspection. The appliance failure itself is disappointing for the price, but the lack of transparency about repair limitations and charges was even more frustrating. I would recommend potential buyers consider durability and after-sales service carefully before purchasing.

I was so surpised at how much better this was than previous fridge. At the crucial job, food is kept cold and dry - lasting longer. Pro: food stays fresh longer. Freezer doesn't ice up at all. Decent water reserve which is quite easy to clean. Good storage inside. Cons: a little noisy if you are concerned about that. Finger print magnet. Getting it level was a complete pain (might be my lack experience). The system seems a little rudimentary to adjust each corner. Overall would 100% buy

Really happy with this. Purchased it at a great price during prime and its been working great. Saw some people complaining about the noise, its been ok for us. Just normal fridge sound. At least more queit than my previous one from 10 years ago.
