Best seed ever
Amazing results in sandy soil that dries hard and seeds and seedling shoots normally easily pulled up during mowing but these seeds work really well. Nice fine blades of grass and long roots really give amazing results.

Seems ok. Would not say it was for clay soil. Took longer than expected to grow and a few patches still. Doesn't like the shade

Worked but still patchy
Worked but still patchy, got because Taylor Wimpey are the masters of a clay garden but still got large patches. Had some small growth though

Only around 70% of the seed germinated!
Not all of the seed germinated (around 70%) the rest is still visible on the ground.
