Liked that it was different for the holidays. Great for cookies.

They arrived melted. I have All the other flavor's I love. However, something is just OFF! No returns.... pretty pricey as well. Stay safe and stick with the other yummy flavor's. Or buy extract! It truly left a SICK aftertaste!

Gave it a four as they tasted great out of the bag; however, when used in reduced carb apple oatmeal cookies they lost their punch. May work better in another application.

Love pumpkin spice!

First off- I really do love this brand and will continue to purchase their products. Not all of their flavors are available in stores so I decided to purchase some different flavors on Amazon. I ordered the pumpkin spice chips (pictured) and raspberry white chocolate chips (arrived just fine-I did not bring package in so I am unsure if it was packaged different, if weather was different or if it was simply outside or in the truck less time). I just opened up the pumpkin spice bag and immediately felt the bag was squishy, knowing most of it was melted or solidified into a mass instead of chocolate chips. I tore open the corner which made my assumption correct and went on Amazon to see if I can get an exchange and then found out the item was ineligible for exchange, refund or return. You send out a perishable item which can melt, have it in a truck, leave it in a mailbox (I don’t recall receiving any updates either about the package delivery) on a hot day, with no ice - it is going to melt ! And I can’t get a new one? I wrote to the company so I guess we’ll see? But please consider sending your chocolates out differently perhaps with something cold or in insulated packaging. I eat Lilys when I cut sugar out and am cutting down on calories and it has helped me in my weight loss goals as I had been addicted to sugar- it has helped me stay away from other higher sugar candies, so I prefer to know my serving sizes and now that it’s a solid mass I can’t accurately know how much I’ll be eating of this lol. I mean I guess I can’t return it so I’ll be eating it either way- this post is WAY too long for some melted chocolate to be honest. But lily’s honestly is really great outside of getting melted chocolate that isn’t exchangeable and you should get some- my other package was fine so hopefully this was a fluke. Ok good night

Even though it was not hot outside, these arrived like they had been previously melted.I and my daughter broke a tiny piece off to try it and we had to spit it out. Worst tasting chip I’ve ever put in my mouth. Ewwww!

Was advertised white chocolate, it’s dark and has a waxy taste. They came in boxes and were very soft from hot weather. I have ordered the salted caramel and they are perfect, these I guess were a nice try but a BIG no for me. Expensive to throw away!!
