1000% RECOMMEND!!
Okay, so my friends and I consider ourselves to be eco-forward people. we love the environment and try all possible ways to eliminate our waste and save money. The girls and I have always talked about using these, but were scared. I decided to be the test dummy and try it out for them. So I bought this one because it was a cheap option compared to others i’ve seen and it had two cups, a large and a small. The cups came with instructions on how to insert and how to clean it and what not. so my period came around and I tried it. The insertion process the first time was a little confusing, and I’ll say it now, hymen owners.. it will hurt a lot. I don’t have one, but I am a virgin so it was still awkward at best. the suction was confusing the first time, but if you twist it a little inside it will seal itself. However more positively, I had no leakage the whole time i left it in, 10 hours(I bleed very heavy and used the large, for my medium days i used the small, even if you bleed very little the pull out is still soft and easy compared to the dry pain of a light tampon) the suction was powerful and it felt very secure inside me. I could hardly feel it when it was in, I sometimes forgot it was there. it doesn’t have that odd discomfort that comes with tampons.. for lack of better term, inside it feels very… soft. Removal process was simple. i pulled on the little tip until i could reach inside and break the seal and then pulled it out and dumped it like a shot down the drain, rinsed it, then reinserted it. This is a very good product!! I will never go back to tampons ever again!!

Excellent for beginners- leaks a little bit but that could be user error
This is my first time using a menstrual cup. Never had a child, 18yrs old. After some practice, it is really not hard to use. I have never used tampons, so it was weird and a little uncomfortable, but now I’m well acquainted with the process. It should NEVER HURT while wearing or inserting. I have only used the small size so far. It leaks a little bit sometimes, but that could be a fault of mine, I am still trying to achieve a good seal. I would suggest you get a cup steamer as well, and dedicated cup wash. It makes the cleaning process so much easier. 10/10 recommend, great quality at a great price, and great for beginners! :)

Beginner Friendly, Highly Recommend
This is my first experience with menstrual cups and I don't regret a single thing. It may take a few tries to find the best way to fold, position, and insert for your own body. Don't feel discouraged if you don't get it right away. But, I figured it out what worked for my body in the first day. The suction power is good as far as my experience as been so far. The silicone is sturdy, but not too hard and feels comfortable once inserted. I have noticed a positive change in having less cramping. I also find it helpful and easier to manage as someone who deals with blood clots. I was very pleased with how less messy it is, especially if you're used to a monthly massacre. I am glad I finally pulled the plug and decided to give it a try. Pun intended.

Good-but can be a little painful
These are good quality. Easy to clean and the value for money is great, in my opinion. There's a mild learning curve to using these. Once you find the fold you like, it works great. So nice not to have to worry about changing tampons in the middle of work meetings, or wondering if you have enough to get you through, or checking your bank account to see if you can afford a full size box of tampons or just a small one. The silicone, after twoish months, holds up very well. I can see this being useful for years. Easy to clean, too. After the whole affair is done with, I like to spritz 50/50 white vinegar water solution into and around the cup. Let it dry, then rinse with clean water. I wouldn't do this if you're planning on using it within the next day or so, but I also don't generally shove white vinegar into...places. Ymmv. I'd say it is a little stiff and sometimes, if I'm laying down, it presses in and really hurts. As for cramps, I think some days it really relieves them entirely, and others I get awful rolling ones that take my breath away. For the price, for the benefit to the environment, and for the lack of staining to clothing, I'd say this was a very good purchase. I wish it was a little softer so it didn't press so hard, but for a first time user, I have very few complaints.

great for beginners like me!
came in two sizes which I was nervous since I don't know my size, this product comes with instructions of care and how to use which was beyond helpful since I had little to no knowledge. if you're struggling with getting fem products in stores due to shortage this is a good alternative which saves money and supports the business! I've tried it once while sleeping, no leaks, but I can say it feels a little weird for me and painful pulling out which can be solved with diva lube. came perfectly bagged, no tears, and cleaned before use with scentless soap and water. I'd def recommend this to anyone that has your eye on considering diva cups!

A little too soft, but functional!
All in all this is a decent cup, but I find the silicone is a little too soft, leading it to be difficult to get open once inserted. If you’ve used cups before and know some of the tricks it will work, but I don’t recommend it as a beginner cup. I have always used a punch down (also called tulip) fold and typically have no issue getting a cup to pop open, sometimes needing to rotate it slightly, but with this cup I was having to try and push the folded silicone out of its folded shape and into its open state. Otherwise, it’s comfortable as it (I didn’t need to trim it) and I have no leaks once I actually get it situated, but I have a pretty good handle on using cups and I’m not afraid to get invasive to make sure it’s right

Great buy
Great! It's just as described and very comfortable. My first cup was from Saalt and I liked it a lot, this one is just as good and comes with two sizes. Definitely worth the money.

Has been a great help
Hello! I bought these after I experienced a bloody show at work. Not the best thing. I was tired of always being scared of leakages and clothing stains so I decided to try something else. Let me tell you, the first week of usage was something else! It was hard and painful to apply, I struggled a LOT and it took forever! However, I had read a comment saying there’s a learning curve, it gets easier, and to give it some time. So I did. Now I can apply it in very fast and without much issue! I make sure to wear a lining pad just in case anything slips through (sometimes some does) and empty the cup whenever I get the chance (my flows can be wild and sometime very heavy). I haven’t had any accidents this far! Wonderful! I do have to say that I’m still learning how to use it. Sometimes I feel it’s too low and it cause discomfort, but other times I don’t even remember I’m on my period. Oh! Not sure if this was due to the cup but my period time has shrunk and I experience a tad bit less cramps!
