Very close...5 inches of actual brush...5 1/2 inch edge to edge

will this fit on little green bissell proheat 1425-7 model?

Not sure, However if your Bissell Proheat uses 1 1/4 hose attachment, then the brush should fit onto it. Now there is a locking button that goes through an opening on the top of the brush, but you may not need it as the brush fits onto the hose pretty tight.

Is this compatible with the Bissell Helix?

This is for a carpet cleaner not a vacuum

Does this work for the bissell spot clean pro?

It fits perfectly onto my Bissell Little Green, so if the spot clean pro has the same click-on setup, it should work.
