How is the sole heel support for workers that stand the entire day?

I bought this shoe several times when I was still working in the hospital laboratory and standing all day. I highly recommend it for that purpose. Now that I have arthritis in my feet, these are the only shoes that successfully keep me pain-free.

Are they a lightweight shoes?? Plus are they good for bunions ????

Since it's a leather sneaker they are not as lightweight as a nylon sneaker, but the solid comfort makes up for the heavier shoe. I have a huge bunion on my right foot and it never bothers me in these sneakers. Because of the bunion I usually have to buy a wide in any shoe I wear for an extended time, but because New Balance seem to run wider than other brands I can wear a 9B all day without feeling any discomfort. I love these shoes.

What is the difference between this model and the 608v4, which is marked "Unavailable". Can I switch and expect the 604v5 to fit the same way?

No. These run smaller and I think narrower. I ordered 7.5 and had to return them for an 8.00. They were just as narrow as the smaller size so ordered wide. Once you get the correct fit, they are great.

The description says CrossFit, are these good for high impact workouts?

I use them for walking only now but used to do aerobics with my first of three pairs.

Sneakers provide great support for sore feet

Bought these in May, couldn't wear them then due to foot problems.But started wearing them a few weeks ago, and they have the arch support that my podiatrist said I needed.They feel good now, and I'm extremely glad I didn't send them back.I deducted one star because they only come in white.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE about to buy another pair I have really bad ankles and could barely walk some days these have been a huge help they fit great they do wipe down my mine are pretty dirty from yard work which is why I got them in the first place before I could barely walk in my yard fir more than 30 minutes now I can be out there for hours
