will these fit a,woman with a small head?

I would say they would be a tight fit. For my 3 year old, they are perfect, but my 11 year old, the band doesn't allow the ear cups to cover her entire ear. So I would say go with an adult sized ear protection plan.

Will they fit a 3 month old

This was the first that popped up when I just did a search for infant ear muffs , BUT personally I'm gonna say no... my 3 y.o. had them on the smallest adjustment, and they were ok ... just in my opinion I don't see them sufficient for a 3 MONTH old . But I could n wrong ... hopefully someone has s younger child to give u their experience ... I did however see several other affordable options when searching that and they specifically had a very small child /baby on picture. I would just thoroughly read reviews

What the appropriate age for these? will they fit a 10 month old?

For current buyers, I think these would be tight on an 11 year old. I’m thinking I may need to return for my 3 yo. They are not adjustable.
