Hard to beat as an all purpose mixing bowl. Decent size for many uses, durable, easy to clean. I have a couple.

My new daily driver mixing bowl!
I LITERALLY use this everything. Whipping eggs, washing a small batch of fruits... just.... every single day, I probably use it for something at least once! My new go to bowl. Again, I learned about this brand via America's Test Kitchen's youtube video. It's light, yet durable and feels like quality stainless steel. If you're thinking about it, get it. Again, I see some reviews saying they are light, and honestly, I think that's the point and why I use it so much. Gets the job done for daily usage. Cheers!

Best quality
Just received my Vollrath 1-1/2 qt stainless container and I’m really impressed with the quality. The stainless steel feels heavy-duty, well made, and perfect for both food prep and storage. It looks professional, cleans up easily, and seems like it will last for years definitely a great purchase.

Good quality
I have whole sets of these bowls in regular stainless steel and the more expensive 304 ( or something similar to it) stainless steel ones for acidic marinades. The regular less expensive ones for everything else. I bout the largest set of regular ones with huge bowls and smaller ones. They are all good quality

It's not heavy duty
But it is a light weight mixing bowl. It works. I like that it's wide and not too straight up like many are. After all it's a mixing bowl 1st not a storage bowl. Try to find better price at a dollar store though being it's thin weight. It works as it should.

You’ll use it more than you think …
Great little bowl! On its way to being indispensable. It’s a quality item. Deep enough, and thick enough without getting too heavy! Use it more than expected! Purchasing more sizes soon! Very pleased with this one! Was concerned about the price at first, but now I see it is worth it! A reasonable value for the money!

The initial image shows a set of bowl - I understood that this would be a set - the cost for a single bowl is very high - be super careful when ordering - limited value for money - for this item you are not able to send back - total hack
