Outstanding inflator for the money
I had a cheap inflator/ gauge from Harbor Freight. It died and needed replacement. Regarding this Milton inflator, love the auto power-up with backlight when attached to a tire and sensing pressure. Accuracy within a half pound of a known good gauge I have. Legitimate, solid brass valve stem coupler with lock- stays firmly attached to valve stem without leakage. Auto shutoff when done using. It feels solid and well built. For my home auto shop, I expect it to last for years. Glad I bought it.

Very accurate and functional
I have four vehicles so a good, accurate and easy to use gauge is important to me since I use it often on all four vehicles. This one is very accurate and functional. I've compared it to two different digital gauges, and an analog gauge and all were within a half pound of each other and the Milton gauge. The tire valve clamp works great with no loss of air during inflation, it also makes it easy to operate with one hand once in place, instead of having to use two hands with other similar gauges. If I have one criticism about it, it would be to make it a little tougher and more durable, especially on the face of the gauge (wish it was thick glass instead of plastic). I'm sure it helps with keeping the price reasonable and competing with all the Chinese junk ones out there. But as with all digital instruments, if taken care of and not thrown around in a toolbox or something, this gauge should give a full lifetime of use. Always remove the batteries when in storage. I've used it for a couple of months now and I do highly recommend it.

Easy to use tire pressure gauge
Great piece of equipment Easy to use, I have severe arthritis and had trouble using regular air gauge, the clip on end is great Unit is very accurate! Would definitely buy again!

cheap and works OK
This came with a roll of teflon tape and no visible thread sealant, so I assumed it was dry assembled. As I took the quick coupler out it was apparent that it had liquid thread sealant and locker applied. Since I had destroyed its integrity I had to replace it. While retightening it was just starting to snug up when it suddenly got easier. Yes, it split where it threads into the handle. Pros: Metal handle, illuminated gauge, seems to be very accurate, reads tp .1 PSI, coupler is already installed, battery level indicated on the gauge, unit of measure easily changed. trigger function and bleeder make it easy to hit your target pressure exactly. Hose swivels, but its stiff, might be better after break in. Chuck is premium locking Milton brass unit. Shows the supply pressure while filling, tire pressure when stopped. Cons: Metal handle is probably cast zinc, Gauge seems like it will not last in moderately rough service, gauge doesn't swivel, so it is best for right handers. Final analysis, I'm going to buy another one and use it as is. I'll take the one I broke and try some JB weld on it and keep it as a back up.

Really Pleased
The very first thing I want to comment on is how easy the gauge is to attach and detach from a tire valve stem. It seems like every previous tire gauge Iโve owned - no matter how expensive or highly rated - was SO difficult to properly seat and remove. I would always lose a fair amount of pressure trying to detach it. Not so with this Milton device. It quickly seats without leaking and detaches with minimal pressure loss. The gauge is so easy to use - it turns on when it detects pressure and powers off after 15 seconds. Bright display, easy to read even in bright sunlight. The design fits my hands, and makes for efficient use. Sorry, I couldnโt find a better way to say โitโs not clumsy to useโ. I canโt speak to the gauge's accuracy, other than to say I verified the tire pressure with a mechanical dial gauge afterwards. Iโm only going to use the gauge for my household cars, so itโs accuracy is more than good enough for my needs. The only trouble I had with the device was in removing and replacing the battery compartment cover. The rubber boot enclosing the device partially encroached into the area over the battery cover, and I had to do some prying at it to install the batteries. If it continues to shrink it may prove troublesome enough that Iโll have to trim it to clear the battery compartment lid, but Iโm pleased enough with the device overall it wonโt detract from my rating of this device. Highly recommended!

Really good quality
Much better quality than I expected, needs AAA batteries and works very well. Only issue I had is the fitting was ridiculously tight i had to swap it for one that fits my air hose.

Not impressed for a Milton product
Overall the gauge works pretty good, accurate reading, locks onto the tire nicely, all the things you would like a gauge to do. However, the first time using it, the fitting on the end of the hose shot the little detent pin right out and it went missing. The quality of the hose is not like a real Milton hose either. I believe that Milton has just put their logo on a cheap Chinese made gauge and charged more for it. Not impressed for the quality I expect from Milton.
