Yes it does, but it comes pre-drilled to mount your license plate directly on the bull bar. In my laziness I haven’t gotten around to moving it, so my license plate is currently obstructed. One day….

Does bull bar affect radar sensors? parking, toyota safety sense, etc.

I INSTALLED MINE BULL BAR ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO AND IT HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SENSORS. THE CENSORS ARE RIGHT ON THE TOYOTA LOGO.
