Excellent snack
Excellent quality and tasty snack. Grab a handful and eat plain with a glass of water, it'll taste great and fill you up. Added benefit is the fiber of pumpkin seeds. Large bag. Will buy again.

Great Tasting and Very Healthy for You!
I love the flavor and the fact they have just the perfect amount of Sea Salt on them! Great snack and also, pumpkin seeds (with hulls) provide protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and a high‑fiber shell, which enhances several health effects, and contain flavonoids, phenolic acids, vitamin E, and carotenoids, which help reduce inflammation and protect cells from damage. That is great if you suffer from Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or Overactive Bladder. I seem to sleep better at night if I have about a quarter cup of these about an hour before bed. Many other benefits, such as improving your heart health, better sleep, improved blood sugar control, and digestive health. I highly recommend them and enjoy them daily!

I love these. And they help me get the much needed magnesium in my diet. Kind of addicting. They're always fresh and taste gteat.

I’d give these roasted pumpkin seeds a solid 4 out of 5. The quality is good overall, and they make for a convenient, healthy snack. I like that they’re a good source of protein and minerals, and the freshness seemed on point when I opened the bags. That said, they didn’t fully hit the mark for me. The seeds are a bit smaller than I’m used to, and I personally prefer a stronger, saltier flavor. They’re not bad by any means—just a little mild for my taste. Compared to other brands, I still think David seeds have a better flavor profile. Overall, though, these are a decent option if you’re looking for a lighter, less salty snack.

Excellent Pumpkin 🎃 Seeds
These pumpkin seeds are excellent and perfect amount of salt. They remind me of the ones we made ourselves growing up... I'm on my fifth bag, so we do like them !
