These are the best trays I have found for portioning food. I will make a batch of taco meat, rice, etc; divide it into the freezer tray and put in the freezer for a couple days. Then I take it out, pop out the portions, put them into a ziplock bag and toss the bag in the freezer. The silicone material makes it very easy to get the food out of the tray, just push up from the bottom and they'll pop right out. (I have another brand, which I RARELY use any more, and I have to run warm water on the bottom and use a butter knife around each section to get things out.) It's a 'must have' for singles who don't like to waste food. Also works great for broth and soups.

There W & P Slicone Cup Cube trays work well. They have a sturdy rim for support, and stand up well to fill. I've used them for soup and mashed sweet potatoes so far. The cube is a perfect size to put in my cereal bowl to reheat the soup so I don't have to dirty a separate bowl to thaw and reheat. They seem durable and good quality so should last. I hand wash so can't speak to dishwasher use.

I use this product frequently. I make chicken stock freeze it in one cup sizes pop out the frozen cubes and store in Ziploc bags. This allows me to not use plastic containers and save a ton of space in my freezer. Filled this product is easy to move to the freezer without spilling and Store as well. The cubes come out easily and it cleans up like a dream.

I love these for batch cooking & freezing meals. They are durable, stack easily in the freezer, easy to remove frozen contents. Each square holds about one serving.

Great for giant ice! My husband takes a gallon jug to work each day and in summer he needs a lot of ice to last throughout the day. I decided to try this and it’s perfect. Takes about 24 hours to freeze the tray, and the cubes fit sideways if we don’t fill to the top. I realize that’s not the intended purpose but we love it. I like that it has a lid so we can stack other items around it.

Perfect for freezing soup portions

I love this product! High quality materials, well-made, and easy to use. The metal rim used around the top (inside the silicon, does not touch food) is a fantastic idea, really makes it sturdy when transferring the tray into the freezer and trying to attach the lid before it's frozen. Very easy to remove individual portions. I use it for Scampi sauce that I can make in bulk instead of having to buy fresh parsley etc. every time I want to make the dish. Buy the fresh ingredients once to make and can use it for 6 meals - perfect size for a single bowl of pasta and shrimp. Will be buying another one for all the turkey soup after Christmas!

Love these silicon trays with lids. Super good quality. I make my own chicken stock and have previously been freezing it in small zip-lock bags. These trays are 1-cup in volume, so much easier to measure and store. Far more sustainable due to their reuse. I’m confident they’ll last me for years. I bought two different colours so that one can be used for chicken stock, and the other for another flavour (or for a different batch).

Large trays, ideal for soup / stew etc. Metal rim to reduce risk of collapse. Once frozen, easy to stack. Easy to remove contents and tray will turn completely inside out. Do not over-fill as sides will bulge out, but great for making food bricks for future consumption.
