This been great for freezing soups, stews, and lentils. I double my meal prep recipe and freeze half to save for weeks when I’m too busy to make a fresh batch. The cubes slide out easily once frozen. If food is out in the freezer when it’s still warm/hot, there can be some condensation that freezes on the lid, but the food is unaffected as there is sufficient space between the food and the lid. I also like the measurement lines in the cubes to ensure portion sizes.

This is the perfect tool for freezing soups and stocks in one-cup increments. The frozen cubes pop out cleanly and all but effortlessly. And the tray can be cleaned up in dishwasher. I wrap the cubes tightly in cling wrap to prevent freezer burn, tape the wrap down with freezer tape, mark the tape with the contents and date, and then they can be kept for months. Nine of these cubes fit perfectly in a 1gal Ziplock Freezer Bag. The cubes are almost square, so they stack well. Storing just the product frozen solid and wrapped in cling film (no jar or container) is very space-efficient in the freezer.I recommend this product.

I love everything about this item. The only minor drawback is if you try removing something from it while still fully frozen, you have to turn the individual cup inside out to get the cube to come out. I am going to try a light spritz of cooking spray next time. I make my own bone broth and freeze portions in this, perfect! I bought a carton of half and half cream without noticing it was too close to expiration date for me to use it all. I froze it in the cubes, then transferred them to a plastic bag. I used three cubes of the cream tonight and they cooked just fine. This item seems a little pricey but it will save you money by preserving small leftovers and also save space in your freezer since once the cube is frozen it can go into a freezer bag.

This is great for retired couples or singles who don’t want to use large freezer bags and then thaw more than they need at the time! What’s great is how easy they pop out. Just pop out 1 or 2 and keep the rest frozen…no mess! Stack nicely in freezer.

I freeze a lot of things and this is a game changer! absolutely worth it. I made veggie stock and have perfect servings that fit so much better in my freezer and are easier to use than individual bags for each serving. I'm using it tomorrow for meat sauce. this is one of those purchases that's a no brainier and can actually transform how your kitchen works for you!

I needed a solution to hold 1 cup portions of the home-cooked meals I prep for my dog. Now I am getting more for myself. It’s so quick to portion things directly from a hot pan. And once cooled, store in the fridge. Popping out each serving as needed.The re-enforced rim (steel, that’s encased in the silicone, so microwave safe) really improves the usability a lot. It gives the mold a sturdiness when carrying fully loaded up. And the “cups” themselves of course have none, so you can easily push it up to empty the contents.Highly recommend. It’s literally a perfect product.

More sturdy and has better lid quality. It stays put and properly cover what’s contained inside.

Wish I had this year’s ago when I used to use ice cube trays to freeze leftover sauce etc. This is just what I need, I like the small footprint so I got the four portion one and each holds a little over a cup. Perfect for when I get sick of eating the soup I made.Easy to fill, easy to remove when frozen. You can actually leave it right in there because it has a good fitting tight cover. I like this item very much except for the color which is a drab grayish blue. Would it bought another one if it was a bright yellow or orange.
