Is this a perm/relaxer?

Neither it’s a texturIzer, didn’t straighten my hair just loosen my curls up

It is helps to soften the texture of one’s hair. To help with managing styles. Helps to make hair easier to deal with. These are Typically for people with ethnic hair. Most people with 4c use it help loosin the coils of the hair.

If hair is already colored can I use this product ?

It is not recommended to use texturizes after color the hair. Typically, you want to texturize first then dye the hair. “ You must ALWAYS color AFTER you apply the relaxer or texturizer and you must wait at least 2-3 weeks, or your hair will fall out”
