Caused hair breakage
Not bad. It texturized my hair but it caused my hair to break. I didnโt loose hair immediately but my hair started to fall out afterwards. It didnโt work well for my hair. However, it didnโt totally straighten my hair like chemical relaxer will do. It gave me what I wanted. It made my hair soft and manageable.

Detailed instructions
First time DIYing hair texturising. The nerves was there as I was scared to lose my hair :D. I decided to use the pre lotion on my hair first. The instructions did say you donโt have to use it if your hair is coarse. And donโt comb. Well after texturing I realise I do want my hair to soften a bit more for I waited an extra 8 mins. Also I carefully combed with a big detangling comb. Am happy with the results. Hair isnโt soo soft like permed. Could be cos I used the pre lotion. I might try again next time without the pre lotion. Good product.

Worked a dream, my hair is soft again I use this once every year and my hair saves soft of course I maintain it.. I'm a blk women, once u use this it need a gd moisturiser and your good
