I feel like the lasers are hitting the same spots with each use. is that ok, or should i shift the helmet a little with each use? (model evo lh40)

Actually, each time you wear the Theradome the lasers are hitting slightly different parts of your scalp. But the way lasers work, once they hit the scalp, each laser beam spreads out, similar to water hitting a sponge, so it absorbs then scatters. Therefore you do not have to worry about trying to move the Theradome around to try to hit all spots on your scalp. After 20 minutes all the lasers light will have spread around fully around your scalp as well as penetrated deep within your scalp to hit the hair follicles. Hope this helps. Theradome Support Team

Is there a way to turn off the speaker?

Thanks for your question! Please press the master switch to turn the helmet on. Then double click the master switch to adjust the volume. The word “Theradome” will be spoken at your chosen volume level. You may double click the switch to lower the settings, which will decrease from loud, medium, soft, and silent before looping back to loud.

Can the battery be replaced myself if it dies or will it have to be returned to manufacturer for battery replacement?

Changing the battery is straight forward and you don't need to send your helmet back to us to replace. We have simple instructions and a video if you prefer to go through how to replace.

Funziona!

Ho iniziato a usarlo a dicembre, dopo quasi 6 mesi ho fatto un controllo in un centro tricologico per avere un riscontro che non fosse solo la mia osservazione allo specchio, ma un'analisi con la microcamera. I risultati ci sono: capelli più spessi e nuove ricrescite. Il tutto senza l'impiego di fialette o altri prodotti.

Helpful with hair loss

I have been using this LH40 thermadome for about 5 months now. I have AGA and thyroid issues. I have noticed a definite decrease in shedding and also my scalp and hair looks healthy. Although there hasn't been a great increase in hair density, as yet, I'm not expecting miracles, but I will continue using this helmet as I do believe it is helping with any shedding. It arrived well packaged and on time. It is very easy to use and I am glad I purchased it.

No pierdas tu dinero ni tu tiempo. Tras 6 meses usando el producto 4 veces a la semana como indica el manual (92 usos hasta el dia de hoy), puedo confirmar que el Theradome EVO LH40 no ha brindado ningún beneficio (al menos en mi caso).
