Exceptional customer service
The Waist Trainer is of very good quality. I purchased this item a 3 sizes bigger for my 92 year old mother to help with spinal support. Unfortunately it was too small and due to her age her bones could not handle the pressure this item would provide. I'm certain it would do an amazing job for a younger person but be cautious on the size you purchase as 3X was quite small. I was given the option to return it for refund or keep it and get $40 refund. Due to cost of freight, I kept the item and was given a refund of $70 as the circumstances were fair for both the seller and myself.

Super comfortable fit just be careful because I already broke one of the straps and it’s too late to request a replacement. I would recommend sizing up at first as there is mustiple ways to adjust the fit. Overall good quality just be gentle with pulling the straps too hard.
