Can you use it on leather?

I use it on leather seats in a boat. You should test it on a small area before doing to much of an area to make sure it is ok.

Can this be used on clear vinyl?

Yes, but Star brite makes a 2 step Clear Plastic Restorer STEP 1 and Clear Plastic Polish STEP 2 which will give better results. Both are sold on Amazon and should be used together.

can this be used on weathermaster soft vinyl windows?

I have not tried that, but should be okay. Try a small spot first.
