Growing up with a medium for a grandmother & hearing stories of hers & my mother’s experiences with the weird & wonderful world of spiritualism, I have always been avidly curious, & I knew someday my path would naturally gravitate this way too. After receiving an unexpected life-long (so they say, as I know this is only a condition my Soul agreed to on a temporary basis!) diagnosis a few years ago, I dived deep into the world of self-development & have discovered many great techniques and teachers. However, this book: “Activate Your Super-Human Potential: The Ultimate 5D Toolkit”, is not your typical spiritual self-development read.Prior to the publication date, I had already experienced some of the SM meditations, so was aware of how impactful & beneficial these can be. Therefore, I expected the book to be the same. I get super excited regarding anything on the self-growth spectrum, so was eagerly awaiting the release of this book & it has exceeded my expectations…..after immersing myself in it, I’m blown away!Firstly, the book was so easy to read, kinda like a novel. Written in layman’s terms & explained in detail, making it easy to understand whether you’re a spiritual expert, self-development junkie, or someone who is just curious to know what it takes to activate your super-humanness! Packed full of useful techniques, with step-by-step instructions & clear illustrations, ensuring accessibility for all…I found it extremely easy to follow along. Also, helpfully included are the timing specifics, advising when & how regularly each technique should be completed to achieve the most benefits. Throughout, however, it is highlighted the reader must experience these at a pace comfortable for them & their needs, & which fits into their schedule, thus encouraging responsibility & accountability for oneself – without sounding like a nagging parent!Now, I know the prospect of achieving one’s fullest potential & highest destiny can sound daunting to say the least, but don’t let the seriousness of the subject put you off. Even though the personal stories and experiences Jerry shared are intimate & stirred a range of emotions, the overall feeling I was left with, was one of light-heartedness. Written from a heart-centred, observational, “life is a game” perspective & infused with so much love, gratitude & humour, meant with each new chapter I was eager to continue & with each new technique, I was eager to experiment & experience them myself.So far, I have begun the silent meditation (there are a whole host of other types contained within as well), but stopped whilst I allow integration time for some other techniques I have almost finished completing. A few years ago, I had challenges with meditating. Now, I’m able too with or without movement, but as yet, only whilst utilising guided meditations (being an Infinity member I use the Starmagic Healing ones daily – they are amazing!). I am looking forward to the opportunity of granting my body, mind & Soul the benefits of connecting at a deeper level, during the silence. At present, the only other technique I have tried out is the SM Qi Gong. Already training as a Wellbeing Facilitator, I’m a fan of anything energy related that gets mine tingling & moving. This did that & so much more! When I laid down afterward, I could feel how connected yet expanded internally & externally I was – something I had only really experienced before after attending an ecstatic dance event. It took a little while to come back from this altered state of consciousness, but when I did, I was so energised, joyful & grateful. It was at this point I decided I had to try out another of the techniques Jerry recommends I was curious about, abstinence - from myself. To keep this review clean, I won’t give away too much, but I will say so far, so great!I highly recommend this book to anyone & everyone & have already convinced some friends to add it to their collection. If you wish to live in a different world of peace & love, you need to see the world different. Buy & read this book, & you will realise it is not the world that needs to change, it’s you, your perspective & this book is how it’s done.As Jerry would say “Enjoy & Peace-out Beautiful Souls!!”

I’ve just finished the book and all I can simply say deep from my heart: ’Thank you Jerry Sargeant’ for allowing me to enter your magical universe where I am loved and whole and healed!!! I am on my healing journey for 21 years and I sense I’ve been waiting for this information to drink from a very very long time ago. I’m like The Little Prince being in the desert and waiting to find this very Source and drink from that very water!I am so grateful to Jerry to share his own routine and so many healing methods, which I’ve started to implement and follow. In a way I’ve entered into a new dimension where everything is possible and I feel myself I can heal! For me having this new sensation is totally new, as for years I gel the opposite and that nothing can be done and now I can do everything and Jerry makes me feel that way with his powerful words and methods and star lighting and holographic image of me totally healed!I encountered Jerry’s work from awhile and I’d like to meet him already and ask him so many questions about our souls as he is the highest soul to know everything about it. I love doing his guided meditations and being transported in the void and meet my new healed Me, where I can meet dolphins, see colourful lights and Mother Earth caring for me😊I‘ve started to experiment with the Hologram and trust my new healed body but I need higher guidance. I know healers like Jerry exist and such information is hidden, but once you look for it, a whole new Universe unveils. Star Magic brings back the light and love and the divine sparkle in each of us, we can be healed, whole and free thanks to Jerry Sargeant. Very informative

I completed the Star Magic Facilitators training 2 years ago and it completely transformed my healing capabilities!This book is literally taking it to the next level and one of the most of any takeaways for me is to look after this human body. As the frequencies increase that we are working with, we need to ensure our human bodies can cope!Great read, thoroughly enjoyed it!Thanks Jerry!

I was so excited to receive my book. Its great quality , it's full of detailed insightful information for beginners to experienced healers. The practices started to work immediately, it's fantastic to keep revisiting each technique and raise vibrations. This book is an honest beautiful read. It teaches right from the beginning ensuring you have a strong foundation for yourself.And then takes you on a fantastic spiritual journey. Jerry is a person who briefly explains his journey from a very different life into a very spiritual existence. A beautiful & powerful energy teaching. This book is a must buy it will enlighten you.

After following technique from this book, I have recovered from vertigo which I had been suffering for the last three years. This is pure chakra kriya yoga, the secret of Himalayan yogis empowered with light code frequencies. With this one can align and balance 7 chakras of the body. If seven chakras of the body are balanced, then Prana or Chi flows into all chakras, and the human body, mind and spirit will be healed. With discipline one who practices this, in a couple of days he becomes vigorous. Jerry revealed this million-dollar secret to the public, so Jerry is a hilarious giver.

Very helpful and practical book for something so esoteric, it's really refreshing, can recommend this if you want to learn more about how to be human in this world
