I use it twice daily, as directed on the package.... 2 rounded tablespoons. Morning it is in my coffee, dinner time I put it in my water.

Is tis product enzimatically hydrolized?

It is definitely hydrolyzed - which is apparently why it dissolves so readily. Whether or not that is done with an enzymatic process, I cannot say.

some say keto certified, some say kosher, what is the difference in these collagens? very confusing
