What is the total watts of these radios?

Dear, Thank you for your question. The watts of Nxgket walkie-talkies is 4.44w.

Can I use regular batteries with these walkie-talkies or do I have to use the batteries it comes with?

Dear, Thank u for your question. NXGKET upgraded 4-pack walkie-talkie uses more durable and higher-capacity Lithium battery, also compatible with NI-MH AA battery.

Will these charge with any usb-c charger and cable? Or just the one provided?

No. At least not with any usb c cable I have. They are all usb c to usb c cables. They charge iPad and Samsung phones fine. But for some reason not these. I can only use the usb-a to 2x usb-c cable that came in box to charge them.

was these good for a cruise ship

Of course, you can use these walkie talkies for cruise ship.
