A delicious product.

A couple of cookies were broken, but otherwise pretty much intact. They are very tasty and reminiscent of cookies my mother used to make when I was a child.

These are some of my favorite seasonal cookies, but unfortunately they were pulverized. I was prepared for there to be a few broken ones but they ended up as gingerbread dust. Ridiculous that these were not treated with more care.

I love these cookies, they came fresh and on time. They were a little broken, not terrible, but definitely a few were. Do like being able to order these from Amazon as it's hard to find them anytime accept around the Christmas holidays.

Expensive item to arrive crushed more than once! The cookies are delicious, if you can find one whole to eat. Once when I ordered them, they arrived each bag in a box. Excellent condition! Two other times though they’ve been crushed having been delivered only in an envelope. No refund available.

The texture was great, it was soft just as the name advertises. However, the taste was absolutely terrible. Nobody I knew enjoyed this cookie.

I absolutely love these cookies. My neighbor made the mistake of giving me a bag as a Christmas gift last year. I have ordered them ever since. They're fine for my borderline cholesterol since they are made with egg whites and have hardly any fat or cholesterol. But the calories do add up because of the sugar. I have a healthy diet and a good amount of self control, but these ginger cookies are indeed addictive (and possibly my downfall.) I can eat one right after the other. You know what I'm saying. Try them, they're actually really wonderful! The glaze on the outside of the cookies makes them perfection.

Cookies are good has a little spice to them I would if preferred a little more sweetness than spice , but the packaging isn’t, I seen a lot of other reviews warning of this but I ordered anyways cause I’ve been craving soft gingerbread cookies with glaze I don’t mind chunks lol
