Good-Quality clay, but not purple.
The color of this clay is nothing like it looks on the ads or package, so be warned before you buy it for homemade cosmetics. It’s more of a pastel pink than a purple.

Great for face masks and salt scrubs
Great for use in face masks and salt scrubs. I have sensitive skin and mostly dry skin on my face. As a face mask with rose water it’s gentle on the skin and doesn’t make up skin feel overly dry after. My face did not break out like with other face masks.

Makes face feel soft
This clay makes my face feel soft and moisturized. A little goes a long way. It takes some practice in mixing with liquid and not being messy, but well worth the time and effort.

Not Brazilian Purple Clay
This is not the Brazilian Purple Clay as pictured in that deep, earthy purple on the package. It is a light lilac color, which leads me to believe it isn't Brazilian Purple Clay at all. I purchase for soap-making and ended up returning. If I want this color, I'll just use whatever mica they likely used to color it. Found true Brazilian Purple elsewhere.
