Great size
I use this for my shoulder it’s of a nice size and wraps nicely over and around my shoulder and upper arm. I use the Sparthos Shoulder Brace with it and place it right up against arm. The ice pack last for a good time as well. I have used it many times. Though there is an ice pack that you can order for the Sparthos Shoulder Brace I like this one very much because of the size.

I am skinny and it didn't fit well. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because it is excluded from Amazon Return Policy. Very disappointing!

Freezes hard
Thought it was a gel type pack but it not. It freezes hard so it’s difficult to bend

Great ice pack
This was perfect for the area of shoulder pain I was having. Covers the shoulder, the top of the arm and just below the shoulder both on the back & in front. Easy to slip on and you can mold the ice pack to sit very well on places that hurt. Lasts as good amount of time. Make very well too. Comes with a bag to keep it in good condition and I purchased an additional ice pack to always have one ready. Worth the money & much better than many other ice packs b/c of the cover.

Matches original
I bought this as a hot pack. It matches the original and fits perfectly. It tends to get too hot and looses heat faster than I like but that is a function of thermodynamics, not the product. Still works great as an ice pack.
