Easy to build and very sturdy! I’ve had it for three years now and it’s still very sturdy and was easy to break down and build back up!

easy to set up in a clear area. sturdy enough for a record collection. this is my second one. very happy with it!

This storage stand is easy to put together as its only 11 pieces and pretty sturdy. My main issue is it came with damages (scratches on certain pieces and scrapes). It looks good once fully put together and is pretty sturdy. However, the shelves specifically that the storage baskets sit on are only held up by 4 thin plastic dowels that of course will bend and break if there is heavy pressure put on them. I say this to say, if this is for a kids room (like it will be used in my house) it may not last long. I will update later on longevity. Overall stand looks good once put together and most of scratches are not noticeable from just looking at it. But of course if you stare long enough you'll find some of them at least for me.

The item arrived faster than expected and had very little nicks or damage like some other buyers experienced. I'm 5'4" with no upper body strength and was able to pull the box inside and assemble it in a little under an hour with just the tools provided and a screwdriver. It seems very sturdy and makes the perfect entertainment unit for my space, I just wish it had backing behind the cubes so the wall and my TV cords weren't visible behind it, but I'll be trying tacking up a black sheet on the back of the shelf like others have mentioned to cover it.

It’s a pretty good size. Put it on its side to use as a tv stand in guest room. It’s easy to put together. Instructions are clear to understand. Put it together quickly. Only down side is that on one longer side, it feels like the paneling(?) isn’t glued down to the particle board good enough.

Are you looking for a not-quite-Ikea piece that will look like its been dragged across a few floors before you even take it out of the box and fall apart the first time you move? This is your best bet. Marvel at the splinterfest of wood chips and almost-straight pre-drilled holes, fastener hardware that makes Walmart shelving look posh, and little plastic pieces to cover the screws that will inevitably fall out immediately after you turn the shelf upright - because black stickers are just too 2008. This is an inch shorter than a real ikea kallax and about half the weight. Don’t buy garbage from scamazon.
