Great journal!
I've been using the Food and Fitness Journal for a few months now, and I'm really happy with it. Great fitness and food journal
I like my planner. I try to keep a food and fitness diary so when my old one finished I ordered this one. I like the separate sections for food, fitness and goal setting. The exercises I. The front are a nice bonus.

Excellent Tracking Mindfully of Exercise and Meals
This notebook is an excellent tracking system for your exercise and meals. There is space for you to write goals, write positive motivational messages to yourself, recommended exercises for yoga and every muscle group, and a space to track your macros. You can complete weekly meal plans and look at 3 months broadly. I didn't use it in my first purchase, but I did notice in this notebook that there is a 12 week tracking of weight, body fat %, waist size, and a space for a 4th tracking goal of your choice. What was missing is the grocery list. The color was also less vibrant than in my first journal. For the price point, I think this should be cheaper because buying this notebook every 3 months is not cost effective for me.

Love this book. Gave me exercise plans and great for everyday keeping tracked.

Not a full 3 months
Make sure you read the full details. This is more of a 2 month journal rather than 3 like it says. If you keep reading the details the pages are not fully equated. There are 3 months of calendars, but only 8 weeks of meal planning not 12 and 61 days of tracking exercise and meals/calories not 90 days. I still think it will be a helpful tool overall for planning and tracking as well as exercise ideas and it even has a page of calories/macros of commonly eaten foods which is also helpful.

Nice book
This is a simple food and fitness journal. I like the spiral and hardback. It's nicely layed out. Nice size for carrying around. I like that i can track my daily workouts and my food all in the same place. I like writing my stuff down. I just wish it had more spots for daily meal recording.

It is good fitness tracker
I think is very complete, I absolutely love the trackers. It feels like an excel sheet, which is what I was looking for. However, I page came defective and it also had a stain on it. Very sturdy, very nice. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnโt for what I mentioned above.
