Extending the functional life of garments and equipment made easy.
Effective and safe to use. No green washing here! Perfectly affordable, a trustworthy company so happy to be able to still get it I've been using their products for years.

Really good at its job
I have a pair of Merrell hiking shoes that I've been using pretty hard for a few years. They're still going strong, but I noticed during a hike that my socks were getting wet in a light rain, so I figured it was time to deep clean and re-waterproof, so after a bit of research, I bought this. Following the directions the evening the package arrived, I removed the laces, pulled out the insoles, and cleaned everything thoroughly with just water. When the shoes were still damp, I took them outside and sprayed them liberally with this stuff. Normally I would have let them air dry at a normal room temp (maybe in the garage or something). But I was actually heading out for a camping trip the next morning, so a bit crunched for time. I put them on top of my air conditioner compressor in the back yard. It was a very hot day, so that thing was blowing air probably upwards of 100°F. The shoes were bone dry within a couple of hours. All the same, the waterproofing seems to have worked great. No issues after re-lacing, everything felt normal. Honestly the waterproof-ness didn't get put to the test until months later, when I accidentally got too adventurous when fishing at a lake, and stepped into a marshy bog. The shoe went totally underwater, not quite up to the top where water could have gotten down into it. Maybe just a few drops got in, and my sock was dry within 20 minutes.

Seems ok!
Ok product. Used on 2 pair of Uggs with no weird residue or anything. Disappointed that bottle was received without a top/cap. Seemed as though could have been possibly used. There was no seal on the bottle either.

Works well
Purchased to waterproof my suede bag. Worked well. Water beads up nicely.

Ease of Use
Product application was simple and instructions were easy to follow. A light powder was left in some areas after drying on my dark suede jacket, but brushed off.

My clogs are now waterproof !
It successfully waterproofed my suede Birkenstock Bostons, making the structure of the shoe more stable as well. It offers multiple applications, so it's a great value for the price. It doesn't have a strong smell unlike most leather treatments. For your safety, I would suggest that you put something under the shoes while spraying because it makes hardwood floors extremely slippery and it is very hard to fully clean it off the floors.

Pleasantly surprised
I was nervous to try this, but glad I did. I used in conjunction with the Nikwax cleaning gel. I was worried it would be splotchy and uneven, but it looks fine. There is one faded streak in one spot, which I think is due to the cleaning gel and will probably come out the next time I clean them (if that's ever even needed). As others mentioned, there was a bit of darkening to the color, which I expected. One of my pictured shows this where I pull out the boot tongue for comparison (I didn't really treat the inner overlap of the tongue). Another picture shows how water just beads off of them now. I only braved holding them under the faucet for about 2 seconds, so not sure when they would start absorbing water. I used about half of the bottle, but I ended up going back in to release one of the boots and having to spray it a second time haha.

Effective, but does leak in the cap a little bit
While this product is effective in making my shoes water resistant, it does darken shoes a little bit. Like other reviews say, the liquid is not sealed tightly. It did not leak on other items in my Amazon order, but take the cap off the bottle over the sink because it does leak inside the lid.

Works well
Works well on some expensive boots I bought. Worn in wet weather in Iceland all week and protected my boots.

It works
I bought this to make my Timberland shoes waterproof and snowproof, and it actually works really well. I sprayed it the night before wearing them, and while the smell is pretty strong, it’s manageable if you leave the shoes in a separate room to dry. Once applied, it does the job—your shoes don’t get wet, even in snow. The process is simple: just spray and let it dry, and you’re good to go. Definitely a useful product!
