I've used this bench for a few weeks, and it's better than I expected. It feels solid and sturdy, with hardly any movement during workouts. I use it for dumbbell presses, shoulder presses, incline moves, and core exercises, and it works great for all of them. The different incline and decline settings make it really versatile. I wanted a bench that could handle a variety of workouts but wouldn't take up too much space, and this one fits the bill while staying within budget. Even while lifting heavier weights, there is zero wobble, which adds a lot of confidence and safety. The cushioning is firm and comfortable, providing great support for different exercises without feeling too soft or too hard. The material used feels durable and premium. One of the best parts is the easy installation. The instructions are simple to follow, and all tools are included. It took me very little time to set it up. Overall, it’s a great value for money product and a must-have for anyone building a home gym.

For the price the product is great, but here are some pros and cons I feel!! Cons: 1.I'm 5'7ft and the bench height( ground to seat) is 20inch , which I feel is more and because of that I am unable to use leg drive in my bench and mostly have to place my foot on the foot holder. 2. Due to same height reason I'm unable to perform exercises like hip thrust and dumbell pullover comfortably. I have checked declathon 900 bench which has very comfortable ground to seat height , compared to that the height is more of this bench. 3. The decline is very low, I cannot perform decline dumbell press neither any other decline moment as I start getting back pain... it's very hard to not break my back while trying decline. Due to above cons I have to remove few workouts from my plan. Pros: 1. The bench is sturdy, weighing 13kg ( as per description 15kg).I'm 114kg and I tried weights upto 35kgs in total and the bench takes it good, no wobble. The seller has told that it can take upto 200kg's and max 220kg... I don't know how true is that. 2. The seat cushioning is very good, didn't get any issues with the seat, the comfort is good. This is my first bench and I'm happy to have something like this to get started with my fitness journey... I hope I can squeeze the worth out of this bench. I will definitely upgrade to a more capable and comfortable bench in future if I outrun this one. Suggestions to seller: Maybe add 1k or 2k to the current price and make a bench with adjustable seat, weight bearing capacity upto 250kg, a better decline angle and this will be the best selling bench.
