You could be skeptical with the $3.47 total price for a set of dry erase markers WITH erasers and magnets. Or you could have a little faith and very little risk and make an easy order. Arriving on-time, the six Quartet Re-Writable markers were packaged in a reusable, clear plastic case with a hanger. The print on the front of the package says 6 Fine Quartet Dry-Erase Markers with “Clean Erase and Low Odor” printed above. My set contained classic colors: blue, red, green, purple, yellow and black. There are options online for additional fun color sets.Let’s get right to the important features, specs and applications which make this the choice for many customers. First, the markers are shorter and thinner than markers made with thick chisel tips and larger ink supplies intended for larger dry-erase boards viewed at a longer distance (Quartet sells those as well). These pens are shorter and narrower. Easy to hold and use, these fine point markers are also great for those smaller hands. The pen cap contains an easy-to-use eraser which will eliminate the well-used “finger” eraser. Also on the cap is a magnet which attaches to magnetic surfaces and keeps the marker within easy reach. In addition, the magnet provides an alternate storage option allowing convenient placement if you want to keep them out of the package and close to the board you are using. Keeping them on or near the board should reduce the risk of loss. Because of the smaller ink supply, with a bit of effort, the pens can be stored with the cap facing down keeping the ink moving towards the tip and potentially reducing dried out markers. The marker colors run vivid to normal and are a sufficiently close match to the cap color.Some of the applications I use the markers for include boards in the kitchen and boards that come with my children’s toys. My wife has a small board for her own reminders that she keeps on the small built in desk off the kitchen. The board is a bit larger than an 8 ½” x 11” piece of paper and uses just one pen to her notes. On the refrigerator are two boards, one for the grocery list and another for messages. The magnet makes it very easy to store the pens on the frig where they are the most convenient. The children have several toys that include dry erase boards. These pens work especially well with those boards. The colors are easily visible on these boards, storage nearby is easy with the attached magnet and the eraser is useful not only as an eraser but also a tool to teach and remind the children of future erasers they will need to use like the one on the #2 pencil. And don’t forget these markers are low odor making them safer for children. I could also see teachers using these pens for their personal boards and students for school lockers.Overall I am very satisfied with this innovative set. They get the job done and are an excellent value. These markers are not intended to be used to write on boards viewed across a business conference room or school classroom. When used with smaller boards and shorter viewing distances, they are the product to choose.

First off these markers are adorable. They are smaller than your typical whiteboard marker (about half the size). I travel to host workshops and often bring a small portable whiteboard to explain concepts and these are perfect for that! Each marker comes with it's own eraser which is also nice so that I don't need to worry about ever forgetting to bring the eraser.The writing tip is fine like the package says. I found that I can write a lot more in a smaller space than I've been able to with a more traditional marker. The colors are also very nice - I especially love the purple. I'd never seen a purple whiteboard marker before. They also have a little magnet on the back of the lids which would be very handy if your whiteboard is made of metal! Overall - I highly recommend!

I went looking for this item when I needed new markers for the faux chrome "white board" I keep on my fridge as a grocery and to do list. I really liked this item because it came with so many colors and because the makers are magnetic which works great for my fridge. All of the markers work great, seem to be good quality, and I have been pretty pleased so far. My only complaint on this item would be that the magnets aren't as strong as I would like and they're not secured on the markers very well. I have had these for just a few weeks and already one of the magnets had to be re-glued back in. Even with that issue though, I am still pleased because the colors are so vibrant and opaque enough even for the yellow to be seen on the board.

Been using these for over a year to take quick notes on my tiny wall whiteboard. I haven't done any extensive writing with them. The colors are vibrant. Very low odor. I love the small size and the tip erasers it comes with. Only problem I've had was that the glue on the markers' magnets got old so the magnets fell off, causing the markers to fall too. But it's a really small issue. Instead of sticking them on the whiteboard I put them in a pen holder now. Key is to store them upside down to get the darkest ink. Would recommend!

These dry-erase markers are extremely handy for both adults and children. Now I can write my grocery list right on the fridge and easily erase it with the eraser conveniently located on the cap. Not only that, but I can leave a marker on the fridge (since they have a magnet) so I don't have to look for it every time. These are excellent for writing on glass, too. Little ones can use them on a white board or straight on the wall (depending on what kind of paint you have) to create their 'masterpieces'. The colors are what you would expect, except the red is more of a pink and the black is a faded kind of black, but I don't mind. I would recommend these.

1) they stick to the board, and I am the QUEEN of misplacing everything, every minute of my life2) they are fine tip, and i write, a LOT so the fine tip lets me write more and doesnt let it look blurry - bigger tips start to look like a mess3) did i say i could always find them since they are stuck to the board?4) they have the erasers attached, no looking for the eraser, which means the eraser is with the board full time too - did i mention i lose everything?5) here is a tip - put them on the board UPSIDE DOWN, that way they will not dry out as fast, they are small and light weight so they can hang on the board, but standing straight up makes the ink flow away and dry out over time, they last longer if you have the tip pointing down.I have had other magnetic ones - like the triangle one and like these better specifically because of the fine tip, they are cheaper than the wide tiped triangle ones too, we go through a set every 6 months? but we use them a LOTand the best part, i always know where they are.

These were good little markers. They write well and last well when you keep them capped. We used them on a magnetic dry erase board stuck to our fridge and they would fall off every once in a while from the door being shut too quickly. The magnets aren't that strong, but they work fine. We stick them on the fridge with the tips down to keep the ink right at the tips. The felt tips and the magnets started to come off after falling off of the fridge several times, but that easy to fix with some glue. I really like that the tips were really fine , because it made it easy to write on our small dry erase calendar. Overall, like I said, they're good for the low price.

I use these for my dry erase board calendar. They are nice because they have a magnet on one side so you can stick them directly on the board. And I love they have an eraser on the end cap. The trick is to put them on there with the eraser side facing down. That way you always have a good amount of ink when writing. If you hang them the opposite way, they write to faint. So make sure to have them pointing eraser down.

We had the black pen which came with a white board, it lasted years so was pleased to find the same make.Excellent product!!

Easy to use and they do the job! What more do you want? It gets tedious trying to find wipeable felt pens digging around in our junk drawers so the magnets to hang them from the fridge are a great idea.

Ink doesn't flow well, faded hard to read. Waste of money.

The pens are part of a system for reminding me of phone messages I receive that are mean't for my wife, works well but the marker supplied has a very limited life span. I purchased these to extend that period, the grand children have other ideas though. They provide endless fun with the pictures and messages they constantly leave displayed on the board provided.
