This product likely has PTFE. Teflon was DuPonts brand name for PTFE. When their patents expired, many companies chose different names for PTFE. PFOA was originally used to manufacture PTFE but now it’s illegal to sell PFOA in the US, so manufacturers replaced it with something else from a similar PFOA family that can carry similar health issues. Handle comes loose - it's almost as if the screw just reaches but won't 'set' in the bracket. anyone else? solution? otherwise i love the skillet.

I have 2 pans, haven't had that problem, there fairly new. Sounds like there might have been another piece behind the bracket? I would take the screw to Home Depot or Lowe's and tell them you want the same screw 1/8 to 1/4 inch longer and see if that works. I have done that with older pots and it works and for .99cents it's worth trying. An old hangman told me 40+ years ago "Never pick up a pot or pan with something in them, another pot, dishes, etc. by the handle." Went through several pots and pans until his advise sunk in..

Does this lose its non-stick ability? Popular pans I've tried in the past have.

ive had mine for a little over a year and it has started to lose its non stick ability even when i use spray/butter or oil.

Not worth. Bad quality product.

Not good at all, front part is made of some kind of foam. It will absorb water. Not sure why it is priced high. It's more of hand pump which we used to fill air in cycle tyre. Plastic Quality is not good at all. No option to return. Think before ordering.
