Not good
After filling it with hot water, the cup lid is easily pushed up by the steam.the cup can use with hot water without put on lid Great customer service , just got a replacement lid

The lid sucks - also hot drinks are not made for this
I bought this to use for both iced coffee and regular. Well, for starts the lid mouth spout is terrible. It just dribbles liquid out of you literally have to slurp to get it out. The straw works much better so for cold drinks this is fine, but if you’re wanting hot drinks forget it. Also, if you fill this too high with a hot drink the steam causes the lid to pop out because it’s not a screw on lid. Overall, for cold drinks this is a fine budget option but not great for hot drinks.

Threw it out due to safety concerns with coating
I threw it out after the first use. The teal coating all came off where my lips were to drink from it. I used it for hot tea and tossed after my first day. Kept my drink hot a long time though.
