I have used this mount on two bikes, and find its easy to fit it in amount all the clutter, yet its very sturdy.. nice little product !

I have two of these, and like them better than the Ram bolt-on type. They might not be as strong, but I've had no issues in that department. One of my motorcycles, when I updated my gas tank to a larger one, the Bolt-on Ram mount got in the way of the turning radius of the handlebars, the BRCOVAN cured that problem.Quick and easy to change between bikes, but be careful not to lose the slim washer that's on the hex head mounting screw, I did, and had to buy another. It was an odd size and expensive. I new Locktite the washers in.I'm not sure if there is metal inside the plastic ball and shaft, but the strength seems fine, and both bikes go off-road a lot and get jarred all the time without issue.Not sure how long the hinge pin will last...that could be the second con to these. But at the price, who cares.

However, my experience on the road revealed some drawbacks that were hard to overlook.One of my main concerns was the consistent need to tighten the mount base. During the long hours of riding, I found myself frequently adjusting and re-tightening the base to keep it firmly in place. This proved to be quite a hassle and distracted me from the overall enjoyment of the journey. The fact that it couldn't maintain its grip despite repeated adjustments was disappointing, to say the least. Before you say I was doing wrong, I tried rubber (it came with that) I tried cork, news paper, and some grass. All Failed.A major drawback emerged when the mount base failed to prevent my accessories from moving around during the ride. Despite my efforts to secure them, I often noticed them shifting and swaying, which not only posed a risk but also detracted from the smoothness of the ride. This was particularly frustrating when I needed to maintain focus on the road.While the concept of the BRCOVAN Aluminum Alloy Handlebar Mount Base with a 1'' TPU ball is promising, its performance left much to be desired, especially during a demanding cross-country journey. The need for constant adjustments and the inability to maintain a secure grip on my accessories dampened my overall experience.In the end, the BRCOVAN Handlebar Mount Base fell short of my expectations, revealing limitations that were hard to overlook. While it may work adequately for shorter rides or less demanding usage scenarios, my experience during my "cannonballs' across America" adventure highlighted its shortcomings, leaving me seeking a more reliable solution for securing my accessories on the road.

Well made and looks nicer then other products . Added mirrors to a trail bike with the Henry Reed bars. Will fit any size bars with the supplied rubber rings.

Worked very well with my RAM mount on the Harley it hold strong and nothing moves

These look great, and I love how many different inner rubber sizes come with them. Won't ruin the finish of your handlebars either. Great value, very happy with them. I've ridden with them with a RAM phone mount for about 1500 miles and have had zero issues.

I mounted these on an R1200RT and the fit and quality couldn't be any better. Comes with multiple rubber inserts for different circumference bars so will fit a multitude of applications. Will hold my weight learning against it so not worried about anything I mount to it. Picture shows three inserts but there are four as that photo was taken after installation. Also comes with the hex wrench for installation.
