I have tried lots of brands of multivitamins, and this one is my favorite! It is easy on my stomach, and I feel healthier and more energetic with daily use. Some of the other brands make me nauseous, even with food. This seems to absorb and digest easily. It is also moderately priced. I tried some of the more expensive brands, and they were not better. I tried cheaper brands, and I did not feel any difference in my health. I like that it is a powder capsule, rather than a tablet. Goes down easily. I feel generally strong and don't get sick often, since taking regular nutritional supplements. Highly recommended.

I like to use this multivitamin that only requires me to take one pill a day and helps my immune system. Also, it does boost on my energy level.

I usually purchase Twin labs daily one but decided to try this product since it was less expensive. I am very satisfied with this product and is a good option if you want a once a day multiple vitamin in capsule form.
