This is actually ok
I follow a female bodybuilder on line who regularly wears a waist trainer (not this one) Being short I thought this one could be made to fit me quite well. Because this belt is so long, I often get into a muddle when putting it on but the more I am using it the easier it is becoming. Being older I have some small middle aged rolls around my waist and this belt hides them well. I only wear it down the gym and find it comfortable to workout in. If you are looking for something to give your waist a smooth trim appearance then this belt will do that. Plenty of velcro for easy adjustments, very stretchy and good quality.

Very impressed
I don’t usually have the energy to write reviews but was very impressed with this waist trainer belt. Quality was very good, wasn’t expecting that for the price and it reduced my tummy significantly considering I have spent a lot of money in the past buying waist trainers that are not effective at all. It did what it was supposed to do. Basically it understood the assignment lol 😅.I might buy another one just so that I always have a spare one.
