I’m a size 12 and waist band only comes in one size. When it arrived it was way too long and big even for plus sizes. Also, it’s like a belt which wraps around several times and fiddly to wear.

I don’t usually have the energy to write reviews but was very impressed with this waist trainer belt. Quality was very good, wasn’t expecting that for the price and it reduced my tummy significantly considering I have spent a lot of money in the past buying waist trainers that are not effective at all. It did what it was supposed to do. Basically it understood the assignment lol 😅.I might buy another one just so that I always have a spare one.
