This is very good quality pepper with a pleasant and peppery flavor. The price was reasonable and shipping was quick. My only problem is that my dogs who are trained for ratting Indicated rodent holder owner on the outside of the bottle. I wonder if these are stored in a warehouse with a rodent Problem. Nothing you've gotten into the pepper or passed any of the seals and a wash of the bottles solve the issue. Could not give it 5 stars because of this.
