I have bought this product a few times. I am trying to use supplements to boost my immune system rather than take medication. When I am ill, this along with Allicin (also available on Amazon) capsules really speeds up my recovery process and I start to feel my energy levels rise the same day of taking them. I have noticed a difference in recovery time for sure since taking these and they are very effective. I will continued to keep stocked up.
