Very bright and functional
Very good value. Strong build quality has a very good magnet for screws or sticking to metal. Battery last a long time the light has 4 settings Max is almost to much for most settings. Small and fits nice in the tool bag. Can swivel to 90 degree which makes it very versatile.

Great flashlight, exceeds all expectations
NICRON N9-Battery: I love the way the 4 brightness levels are selected without going through Strobe and SOS. The swivel is something I may not use, but it works great as a straight flashlight too. The way you hold it with the thumb along where the side button is makes the swivel very solid while carrying it like a standard flashlight that doesn't have a swivel. The lowest brightness setting is great for walking at night. The highest setting is a very bright light if you ever need that. You need to remove the battery for charging. It comes with an 18650 battery with a micro USB in the side for charging and it is a little longer than a standard 18650. I have used it with a standard 18650 and it works fine also. I highly recommend this light!

You have to take the battery out to charge it.
It’s bright and completely waterproof. I use it for work and I dropped it in a bucket of water while fixing some pipes under a sink and I rinsed it off and it’s like nothing happened. Shut off and turned right back on. It comes with extra seals for the battery cover. You do have to take the battery out to charge it. I’m assuming for max water resistance. Been using it for months now and it’s dropped off ladders plenty of times and not even a flicker when it drops. I got this because my other swivel light broke but I’m reality if it can pivot it can snap. This feels sturdy and not too much play. You can get 18650 batteries for this. But you have to take the battery out and plug the battery into a micro usb that’s on the side of the batt. Almost the perfect design. Has all the strobe features and you have to hold the button down for 2 seconds so it won’t just come on in your pocket. Magnet battery cover and it’s pretty strong.

Good value flashlight
Great flashlight, really bright. Other settings minus strobe are useful. Durable and good battery life. Use almost everyday. Magnet is extremely useful for my line of work. I upgraded to a batt w/ more mAh and the light runs brighter, but also hotter.

Handy little flashlight for office, car, lab, outdoors.
I saw someone at work with an N7 flashlight. I got me an N9 and I love it. I use it for visual inspections of machinery. Likes: small with adjustable brightness levels, plenty bright at night. Handy pivoting headlight, magnet base. Big plus: replaceable standard size Li-ion rechargeable battery. Just one minor nitpick: you can carry the flashlight on your belt using the belt clip. However, depending on where you clip it in your belt, the belt clip may snap out of the flashlight if you for example bend down. The flashlight may fall off without you noticing. I have done this a few times but luckily, I haven't lost the flashlight.

Bright and Highly Adjustable
The NICRON Flashlight has become a reliable companion for my camping trips and garage work. The brightness it offers is quite impressive, illuminating dark spaces effectively. What I love most is the 90-degree swivel head; it’s been invaluable when I need to direct light while keeping my hands free, especially with the added bonus of the magnetic end which I can stick to metal surfaces. The rechargeability is convenient, saving me from buying disposable batteries. While I haven’t explored all six modes, the ones I've used met my lighting needs well. This flashlight is now a must-have in my outdoor and work gear.

It’s nifty but not an EDC
Surprisingly it’s actually came in handy a lot. The brightness isnt too bad the control switch isn’t too difficult to locate though I prefer a tail switch. The magnets decently strong it’ll hold the light horizontal. I really like the idea of the swivel head but it’s kind of loose and with the slightest bounce it’ll move. Over all it’s not bad it’s great for the garage and doing mechanic work just not for EDC IMO
