Can you wear this longer than 3 minutes? That does not seem very long to get results.

I agree. My wife wears it all night with no ill effects. I wear it for several hours. For me, any longer then that gives me a slight irritation to my gums.

If u lose the lid what do you do with the syringe to save the product for next use

Keep syringes refrigerated to preserve them. I lost a lid & the product was still fine without it
