Great product
Irwin naturals is a good product. With regular daily exercise, you can burn away pounds a little easier.

Actually helped my stomach bet trimmer
This really works amazing. I guess with the citrus in it it seems like made a difference. I noticeably saw my stomach get tremor and protrude less simple to swallow pills and actually did a great job. If you consistently take them, I do them three times a day

It worked for me
I definitely lost a fair amount of weight after using these in conjunction with exercise and diet. They do have a lot of caffeine, so be wary and don't take with too much coffee, or at night if you have trouble sleeping

CHECK WITH YOUR DR FIRST
I thought choosing a natural option would be fine, but after I received it and opened it, my doctor finally got back to me and confirmed that it DOES interact with some of my medications. If I had heard back from my doctor just a day or two sooner, I would not have ordered it. Since it’s understandably non‑returnable, I’m now out twenty dollars for something I can’t use.

My fault for not reading the label more closely, but I tend to assume that a 60 capsule bottle is meant to last a month. These are 3 per dose pills (upon further reading) twice per day, and so only cover 10 days. I also missed that it includes chromium, which I was trying to avoid.

Works for me! * I do use other metabolic techniques so that probably helps too, I don’t think I would say they wouldn’t work alone per se but who knows bc I never tried 🧘🏽♀️
