Decent quality 3 phase connectors
I'm in the process of wiring up my workshop in which I have 3 phase power so I ordered these to have a easy way to swap between different 3 phase machines. The quality of these connectors is absolutely fine - the are reasonably well made - not the heaviest duty I've seen but ideal for my purposes. The terminals are decent quality, not heavy duty brass but these are only rated for 16A and are fine for that so far as I can tell. The two connectorls lock well together and have a decent cable grip and gland to keed dust out of the housing. At £14 the price is OK.

Generally quite good, no seal around feed closure flap
NOt a bad weatherproof connector. Carries 5 core connections suitable for three phase up to 415VAC. The terminals are large, well spaced and the connectors have a one way interlock so that the connections will always be correct on matching up. The wiring is accessed from the rear of the external terminal socket, the cover is removed via 2 long body screws that fit into the plastic moulding. All five core connectors are screw down type and large enough to take 2.5 conductors. They are also marked Earth/N/L1/L2/L3. AS a general connector, this appears to be all good. A Spring loaded cover protects the feed side, but there is no rubber seal around the closure. see photo. Did they miss it out or was it never there? I would not allow this to be left out in wet environment, otherwise a reasonable 5 pin connector.
